After three years of public accounting the young Steve Hirsch needed a change. He saw himself as a player in the business world not a scorekeeper. Eighteen months later, at age of 26 he had raised more than $4 million from wealthy investors to purchase and operate three Long Island garden complexes totaling 204 units. He is the sole General Partner. Although he had no prior experience as a real estate owner his education and training as a CPA and family entrepreneurial ventures gave him the credibility and trust that investor’s demanded. Blessed with an ambitious personality, a good dose of charm and unrelenting energy the improbable became possible. Steve started his own real estate investment company. Former accounting supervisors became clients and investors.

Being successful in business is in Steve’s DNA. His grandfather, a lifelong mentor, was a CPA and tax lawyer. The younger Hirsch worked for the elder’s Manhattan firm through college years. In addition Steve’s father worked multifamily real estate his entire life. Steve spent his summer vacation learning every part of the real estate ownership business from painting and cleaning apartments, to responding to tenant complaints and partner needs.

In addition to his syndication efforts Steve Hirsch has successfully liquidated his family’s real estate portfolio converting properties in Bayside, Great Neck, Rockville Centre and Huntington to highly profitable co-ops. He was the sole sales agent, general contractor and property manager.

Steve’s expertise is in multifamily dwelling. He’s been involved in every aspect of the business from raising capital, forming Limited Partnerships, maximizing tax benefits, increasing property cash flow and value. He has completed the full cycle in property ownership, acquisition, operating and selling / converting for maximum profits at each phase. Steve has been responsible for all day to day functions including planning, implementing, managing, accounting, financing, budgeting, leasing, sales and investor relations.

With more than 25 years experience Steve Hirsch is at the top of his game and ready for broader  and bigger challenges. An entrepreneur by nature, Steve thinks not only outside the box but shows a special ability to thrive in tough times surviving the two major recessions during his career. Believing in himself, and his product, investors have and will achieve returns that outperform alternative investments. Steve Hirsch has been married to his wife Francine for 30 years. His successful adult children are pursuing their careers in Manhattan.
